On 7 September, the inaugural Co-Development & Investment Conference (CDIC 2026), organised by the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP), officially opened. FluviusH2 Limited was invited to attend the conference and became one of the first batch of investees under HKSTP's Co-Acceleration Fund.


FluviusH2 has also recently completed its second funding round, providing further support for continued development of its core technologies, product commercialisation and market expansion. The completion of this round marks a new stage in the company's technology validation, commercial deployment and recognition by the capital markets.

Connecting Innovation, Capital and Industry Applications

Mr Paul Chan, Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, attended the opening ceremony. The conference brought together innovation and technology companies, investors and industry leaders to strengthen connections between frontier technologies and industry resources.

FluviusH2 Showcases Its Green Hydrogen Technology

During the event, the FluviusH2 team introduced the company's green hydrogen production technology and related R&D achievements at its booth to guests including Mr Paul Chan, Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government; Ms Cordelia Chung, Chairman of HKSTP; and Ms Lillian Cheong, Under Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry. Discussions also covered technology applications and commercialisation.

Securing Investment from the Co-Acceleration Fund's First Batch

FluviusH2 is among the first batch of investments under HKSTP's Co-Acceleration Fund. In addition to funding, the programme helps companies connect with industry resources and real-world applications, supporting the transition from R&D to commercialisation.

Industry applications: The company has made further connections with potential projects involving hydrogen-powered drones and hydrogen-powered two-wheelers, opening up more possibilities for deploying green hydrogen technology.

Advancing Green Hydrogen Commercialisation from Hong Kong

FluviusH2 will continue to focus on green hydrogen technology R&D, drawing on Hong Kong's international innovation ecosystem and the industrial resources of the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area to bring more efficient, economical and safer green hydrogen solutions into practical use.
